heys.
jus returned from harmonyworks! conference at JJC... its absolutely tiring to go from tampines to lakeside and all the way back. super far!
heard abt band fr rachel... hehs. i was worryin the whole time there cuz not sure if they can handle stuff. AND FOUND OUT TT THEY DIDNT HAF BAND PRAC CUZ OF Os. hah. so all that worryin was for nutthn cuz they did farewell auditions instead.
k shall talk abt the conference... the 2 docs were fab speakers... during the parallel.. we got ms michelle kwan, prez of UNIFEM... she rawx!! woots yea.. refreshments were awesome.. 2 tea breaks n 1 lunch. GREAT VARIETY. truly.
the most, let's say, 'interesting' part was when i first came into audi, this guy whu looked familiar waved to me... i tried to recall n poof! rmbd him from NCO... dm from grp 10.. west spring sec.. then nxt to him was his bm, the guy whu played snare drum n was nxt to me in FUP block... the dm recognised me but the bm didnt? wah laoo.. ok hahah nvm. then walked on, found a seat, realised got a list of participants... A LOT OF NCO ppl leh... hahas. of cuz band ppl r natural leaders. HEHS. then said hi to a few of them...
the QnA section was super longg... some ppl talk n talk abt their personal life n not posing qns. clearly they haf some difficulty understanding the slight marginal of discussion and storytelling.
on the way home, the cheryl chin lookalike dm was in the bus! hahaha i think she's cheryl's cousin or long lost relative or sumthn... UNCANNY RESEMBLAMCE!!!
PREJUDICE! haha.. all 8 of us went bonkers esp pris who always got excited at the mere mention of the wrd... WE MUST BE ACTIVELY ANTI-RACIST!!! spread the msg ppl!
